talal Posted September 24, 2007 Posted September 24, 2007 Dear sir, I installed net support school successfully, but when opened programme he asked for the authorization code.then As you said I went to Client32.ini file and added one item shared=1. after the procedure program still idle not working. Please give me the solusion for this problem . Yours faithfully Talal http://ztalalz.googlepages.com/ActivationCode.JPG
rdhawkins Posted September 24, 2007 Posted September 24, 2007 Talal, You are trying to register an invalid license key. Contact the company you purchased NetSupport School from and request your correct license key. If, as I suspect, you haven't purchased NetSupport School then I'm afriad you will not be able to use the software. Regards
Dos_Box Posted September 24, 2007 Posted September 24, 2007 Talal, you have recived the email with the licence number on it haven't you?
talal Posted September 25, 2007 Author Posted September 25, 2007 yes I got a e-mail but there is no licence key
rdhawkins Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 Talal, if that box is displayed by the Tutor it means that the license key you have is not a valid key. There is no record of that serial number in our database so it has not been issued or sold by us. Who did you purchase the product from and I will contact them? Rob
AnnDroyd Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 Umm... "I've got a Windows XP Pro CD, but I've lost my product code. Could anyone on this forum let me have theirs? I did buy a legitimate copy - honest!"
Geoff Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 Would you prefer a link to a torrent, ftp site or an edonkey link for the keygen jwood?
AnnDroyd Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 I hope you realise I was being flippant with that comment?!
alexknight Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 after the procedure program still idle not working. Please give me the solusion for this problem . Yours faithfully Talal http://ztalalz.googlepages.com/ActivationCode.JPG [-X Errr, have you thought about buying the license?
AnnDroyd Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 If I remember rightly, Net Support is quite an expensive bit of software. If I'd paid for it (rather than downloaded from Kazaa or something) then never received the license details, I'd be straight on the phone to them!
Geoff Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 I hope you realise I was being flippant with that comment?! Indeed, while mine were facetious.
comedydave Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 Whats the difference between NetSupport and Ranger Remote Control then? As they seem to look identical?
FN-GM Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 They are ranger is the same product as netsupport but with a diferent name.
