Education City Down?

My kids have some homework to do on there and it appears all of their sites are missing i.e. down.

Can someone else please check:

www.educationcity.com

 

And let me know how you get on

 

 

P.S. Dear education City. Please at least use a holding page or use Twitter to let us know if you are doing 'something' or if something is amiss please.

Just called them and they said it's a server issue, not a big problem so will be up and running by the end of today or sooner.A call will be made to let me know when all is hunky dory.

It's down here today 13.11.2013. Maybe they're finally making the change to HTML5 lol

Its just started working again here. As mentioned earlier, why they couldn't put up a message about there being problems is a strange one. It doesn't take that much time or effort.

I logged a call on their helpdesk, the phone number was difficult to find without their site up. I had an email to confirm that the site is working correctly again now.
