Hi folks,

We might be moving O365 tenancies, with around 120 staff accounts to move.

I have no experience of this at all, and one option is to farm it off to a thirdline consultant to do (RM do it, among others).

I'm curious though as to whether it's just a case of exporting out each mailbox into a PST, or is there something more elegant?

TIA

MigrationWiz and others can do it but there's a charge per mailbox, you can do imap migration but that only covers email not contacts or calendar otherwise it's .pst time.

plexer: and presumably they still have to have each individual account name and password anyway? (I can't see how else it would work)

I thought there might be some enterprise level tool for achieving it.

Edu-IT: apologies, the questions are cropping up one by one, albeit on somewhat different topics.

Unfortunately with a 3rd party solution yes you would need all the account details in order for it to be able to work, like a lot things you would think Microsoft would have tools to do this but they don't appear to have or don't want to make them available.
