Sophos Enterprise Console - Installation Failed

Hi Guys,

 

I have built a new Server 2012 box with SQL2012 with the intention of making a new anti-virus server and managing it through Sophos Enterprise Console.

 

When i try to install Sophos Enterprise Console, it fails to install and says 'A custom Action Failed'

 

I have tried installing it on another new server and same error.

 

 

Any ideas?

Sounds like a support case to Sophos to me. They usually have the answers - they have ultimately sorted every problem I have reported to them.
