Anyone else not able to get past the Google authentication challenge this morning?

None of my users [except for my administrator user] can get their input accepted.

When you say "this morning", do you usually have to do this? We've had that happen once when our council changed their ISP and all the schools ended up showing as coming from one IP address, resulting in Google thinking those thousands of requests from one IP were a bot, but it shouldn't be a normal thing!

The problem has cleared now. However I am told by users who are in early and using the network that they are challenged this way every morning. I have asked our ISP to investigate.

Also be careful as they have changed their safe search settings and we have had to block Google because students can do an image search which pulls up loads on inappropriate content. Safe search is no longer SAFE

We had a problem with this before. It was a whole LA problem. Google's servers were getting hit with lots of requests from the same IP and the system thought it was a bot probing google. So they restricted the searching. Maybe the same kind of thing is happening with you. But the traffic drops off and then everything sorts it's self out.
