Launching Office 365

Hi, we are just about to launch Office 365 at our school. I was wondering if anyone can share their experiences and advice on launching the service to staff and students. I am particularly concerned about introducing the email side to staff. For years we have been using the web based email service provided by the LA, but since converting to an Academy it was clear that we needed our own internal email system so this will be a considerable change for staff. What would be the best way to phase out the LA system in order to phase in the new system?

 

I would appreciated any advice on this.

Well, they can still use webmail, if they like? What exactly do you think the problem will be? Produce some basic guides on the changes for your users so they feel informed?

Those materials were out of date, and were hosted as part of the Live@edu - Office 365 transition. Unfortunately, at this time, there are no newer versions.
