Dragged it home as the weather / some kids would have destroyed it otherwise, seems to work fine apart from loud hissing unless the built in speaker volume is set to 0

 

Checked for any security marking as to any clue where it may have come from but there are none so it looks like finders keepers!

I love random finds. I used a monster iiyama 22" CRT for a long time that I found in the back garden of a student house I was looking after. It was full of slugs and a little soil, but after drying out and cleaning out it worked wonders!

Ohoh, is funny because wordplay.

 

I found a rather large TV once. Turned out it did work, the owners had just replaced it (as implied by the 'Free to a good home' sign taped onto the screen, which I thought was rather nice of them)

Unfortunately the owners had neglected to consider this was the winter, and the TV was covered in layers of snow, else I'd have had it! Couldn't really be fussed lugging it home, cracking it open and drying all the parts.

 

Wasn't there the next day, though, so looks like someone else did
