Oaktech Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Ok, here is the scenario. We are RM CC3 Our primary school piggbacks off our email system. It is worked in the following way. There is a 2 way trust between the domains We create a user in the primary domain primaryschooldomain\primaryusername this does not create anything other than a user. We create a user "secondaryschooldomain\secondaryusername" in secondary school domain, it gets an email address created on our exchange 2010 server. We then issue two commands in EMS which gives "primaryschooldomain\primaryusername" full access rights and send as permissions This allows the user to automatically connect and send without entering other credentials in outlook. This works fine. The problem I have is that these other domain users don't seem to have access to the default global address list. I cant find anything online as to how to give them access, or to resolve my issue!

Oaktech Posted September 30, 2013 Author Posted September 30, 2013 they see no address lists at all, the GAL is empty, all other lists say "the bookmark is invalid" if you click them. To be honest having the GAL is all they need. they log into the OWA with their 'secondaryschooldomain\secondaryusername' ID so the test is null!
