Two outages in a week for anyone else?

Last Wednesday (25th) we had an all-day (8am > 16:00) Internet outage caused by something upstream of KCOM (presumably BT, but still waiting on an incident report).

 

This morning we has another outage between 9am & 10am, culprit unknown at present.

 

Anyone else affected and heard anything as to why?

It's not gone down all day for a long time but we often have short outages and for some reason Monday mornings seem a favourite time.

Yeah, there's something iffy going on here (Lincs), response times are a bit off.

 

KCOM have got work scheduled for the half term and the impression I got was it's to properly fix whatever they've patched back together with string.

If it's any consolation, we had no connection on the 24th for most of the afternoon. RM / talktalk providers - it's not just KCom.
