Mac printing to Konica Minolta BizHub C284e always double sided

Hi, I've search everywhere for the answer and I've logged a call with Konica. From our iMacs and Macbooks (running a mixture of 10.6 & 10.8) when we print to our C284e it always prints double sided, we can find the setting on the macbook to change a print to single sided but the setting reverts back to double-sided after printing (no Apply like good old Windows). We can log on to the printers webpage and the double-sided setting is set to off. Has anyone got any ideas this is driving staff mad. Many thanks D

I've had this happen on teacher iPads with a Konica printer. As far as I can tell from hours of searching is that this is a problem with the OS and you'll have to keep manually changing it. If someone comes up with a solution to this it would be brilliant.

@TraineeGeek Here are the steps to change the default printing settings on a Mac. I figured it would be easier if I made a video, so I uploaded the steps to YouTube. Hopefully, this will help you save some hair..lol.
