RM CC4 new builds crash.

Hi

 

We are on a CC4 network running Windows 8. it has all been running fine until yesterday when every time we build a new PC the software crashes, this includes SIMS and VLC player. These packages have always worked fine and older built windows 8 PCS do no have this issue. We get event error 1000 in the viewer.

 

Any ideas?

Log call with Rm

Reboot server

Rebuild one PC

Open MSConfig

 

On the General tab select "Selective Startup" and untick "Load Startup items"

 

Restart and see you if still have the problem. If not run msconfig again and add some startup items on the startup tab to see if you can work out what is causing the problem.

 

We had this problem and worked out that the securus client was causing it
