Apple Configurator and iOS 7

Experiencing a little problem trying to install and supervise about 14 iPad's. Every time I come to prepare the iPad's I get a message saying "Unable to communicate with device". I've used multiple cables and changed which USB socket I use on the MacBook but still it keeps coming up with the error message.

 

I've attached a pic of what it says, it's starting to bug me now

I think I've fixed it, the iPad's have to be setup in tunes on the MacBook before you can Supervise them.
