OFFICE 365 - Junk mail filtering rules

Sorry if this is really obvious, but can i create a rule (transport rule?) that bans mail coming from a certain domain from going into junk?

Hi James,

 

I'm currently on the old version of office 365 so it is slightly different than show in the example you've given me, however I have applied a rule in FOPE to Allow emails that match @leedslearning.net

 

It is getting hits, but some of the emails are still going into the junk folder.

 

However, i think it might be something to do with their exchange as some @leedslearning to @leedslearning.net emails are getting put in to junk.

 

I'll try to create a powershell script to add the domain to the safe senders list.

Unfortunately they are not in my inbox, i was hoping for a way to do it as an admin. i'll have to go to the user now and hope they've not deleted the emails.

Also check to see if you're using FOPE or EOP.
