We've dealt with a lot of suppliers, and whilst we've found the majority ok or good to deal with, I've never found someone so *human* - so much one of us. No crappy scripts for them to stick to on sales patter or after-sales, the one problem we had dealt with very well indeed. Let's just hope that (and the shameless plugs and prizedraws ) stick around as these guys grow. 2
