Can't remove bookings in HAP+ 9.4

Hi all,

 

Is anyone able to help, since updating to HAP+ 9.4 I am no longer able to delete bookings or book using the quantity item to book less than the whole set. I have attached a screen shot showing the error but as the screen refreshes when you try and remove a booking it's very hard to catch.

On Firebug, click the persist button, it will make the events visible, then look at the console tab for any javascript errors.

 

What resource type is the resource you are trying to use?

 

Any errors in the event log on the server?

there are lots of errors on the server for HAP, it seems to be throwing them quite frequently, not sure why but one error that appears is:

I am using equipment and laptops as my resource types, the image attached shows the firebug info, it seems to mention line 6 in the jquery.min.js file.

try removing webdav

 

The first error is because the user isn't in the user lists for the booking system (check the AD tab of hapConfig)

 

The second error is about the my picture handler, and can be surpressed from the hapConfig.xml file

Thanks for your suggestions, I have disabled webdav on the default site which allows bookings and the helpdesk to function correctly again apart from booking using quantities, however I use webdav to allow our ipad users to drop files from our ipads to a drive on our curric server. Is there any possible way to use the two together on the same site? (http://www.school.bham.sch.uk/hap & http://www.school.bham.sch.uk/webdav).

 

I have removed photohandler="" from the hapconfig.xml file but the error below still appears:

You should be able, in IIS, disable web dav for the HAP application only.

How do you disable webdav on the HAP application only, I thougt it could only be disabled or enabled at site level. In IIS 7.5 there are no options that I can find to disable it when you click on the HAP application and drill down into the WebDAV Authoring Rules as shown in the picture below.

 

 

Is there some code that could be added to the web.config or application.host file that would work?

WebDAV has already been removed from the HTTP Modules section on the HAP+ application. Would there be anywhere else to remove it from as the two still won't function together?

 

Any suggestions to get these two working together are greatly appreciated.
