I am looking to move this, and am looking for a datacenter i can place my server into thats not going to cost the earth. Do anyone know of a company that provides this kind of service? that also doesn't cost the earth... Thanks

Not really, take a look at GoDaddy for example, Windows dedicated server, Intel I5, 2TB disk space, and 8GB RAM, for this your looking at £149.99 plus VAT each month. Vs my own custom Dell PowerEdge 2050, not the newest of kit, but with 2 quad core processors and 32GB of RAM, and 4 x 3TB HDD and 2 x SSD disks you can see why I would rather pay for storage, than rent from GoDaddy, plus the server is mine, not some 3rd party. I would also be very happy to pay the same kind of cash to host mine.

localzuk Posted July 25, 2013 Posted July 25, 2013 You're looking for a co-location host really. Loads of them around. Seeing where you are, you'll probably want one around London/South East. (Unless you fancy driving up to Manchester that is). This company does 2U hosting for about £62 a month for their lowest packages. Host-it - Customer supplied dedicated server hosting colocation colo I've not used Co-location myself, always stumped up for dedicated servers (no capital outlay).
