[sccm 2012] APP-V 5 Problems (Using SCCM)

Hi there guys

 

I'm a SCCM newbie so please bear with me.

 

I have a fresh install of SCCM 2012 running on Server 2012

 

I have added three APP-V 5 Apps on the server and get it deployed. Seems this part works fine it seems

 

However it will not to it the other way (Removing the APP-V Apps)

I have deleted all three APP-V apps from the SCCM console. I rebooted the computer, so it would find the changes on the SCCM straight away (Is this the quickest way of doing this?) Found that the programs are gone from the software centre (Good so far!) However looking at the APP-V Console the three APP-V Apps are still there and the shortcuts are still in the start menu and still can run!

 

What's going wrong here? Any ideas?
