Could anyone recommend a few suppliers who I could talk to about our current Apple infrastructure (Macs, Mac servers & storage) and how we might develop it.

KRCS, XMA, Western and Albion are four Apple resellers we have dealt with in the past.

 

Junction IT (a.k.a EduMac) might be worth contacting too, but the website is down at the moment.

IT Solutions | Apple Authorised Reseller | Jigsaw24 provided our install, config and support. To be fair they did a full install of 110 mac's in 48hrs. Also installed Jamf Casper suite which is also very good.

Sorry to state the obvious here but why not talk to the business team in your local Apple Store - they are throwing money at education like it is going out of style...
