Looks good, just need to get the ID number now of the stream from that site.....

I've tried various command lines from that using search and trying to get the PID from the URL - anyone else now how I can obtain the PID from this URL ?

You won't. Get_iplayer only has the PID's for programs broadcast on BBC TV or BBC Radio. I've yet to have any success trying to get embedded video out of a BBC web page.

 

I will be watching this thread with interest though....

There are loads of sources - usually are for anything the BBC post online. Regardless of which you go for, the act itself remains unlawful and a breach of copyright tho...

how about software that captures the packets! I've not used it but it looks like it might work.

it also does mp4 now.
