cookie_monster Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 Hi all, I've managed to drop my Galaxy S3 and surprise the screen has cracked. Can anyone suggest a good place to get it repaired? There seems to be loads when I search online but they all want £200 ish. The screen still works so it's just the glass but looking online it seems to be quite a faff to replace yourself and I'm not really willing to tackle it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

difinity Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 The tricky bit is separating the broken glass from the delicate AMOLED screen. The expensive quote i imagine factors in a new screen, where as the cheap one is just replacing the glass which costs about £12.

Yeh I've watched a couple of videos about just replacing the glass but I'm a little apprehensive about tackling it myself.
