Bubblegum Ice Cream!

Not quite as good as sea side bubblegum ice cream but still really good!

I went and got a box yesterday and have eaten them all!

Still, they are describes as Ice Lollies and they only have 100-odd calories in so they aren't too bad.

I like them but still prefer ZAPs

Well, it was a very warm weekend - we needed to keep cool

We're overloaded with rhubarb at the moment - so made a big batch of rhubarb and ginger ice cream - its easy and VERY yummy
