2p Worth .. XIBO FTW.. just updated to 1.4.x here and it's great, even more straight forward that it was previously, you can have many schedules displays around site, schedule in special days, just through up a PowerPoint that someone has prepped for you (you do need PowerPoint installed on the machine to do this), add videos, images, webpages, text, RSS Feeds, Twitter Feeds, etc, etc, etc.. And .. it's free ..

 

Plus, I love the feature with the latest client where you can (without the need for reverse engineering or compiling from code) add your own splash screen on there.

@net man we have been looking at rise Vision for a month or so now. Any idea how to remove the eye that appears in the top left of the screen as it covers a large area of the screen when it re appears every so often

Using onelan here too, we have 1 main publisher and then a subscriber to all our single LCD's and then a separate subscriber to our TV wall, and I created 2 channels so we can screen different content to each subscriber and then different content to the TV wall.

 

It is the first and only digital signage we've used here and I have design a really nice pro looking theme and got all the areas looking fantastic, it was a paint to get used to then I just jumped in, had a play and think it's fantastic. Given some training on this and the response is good. If your near Blackpool your more then welcome to come have a look at them and the software.
