H Guys,

At one of the schools I work at, we have set up a shared mailbox for all staff to access just to be used to share calenders. This works absolutley fine, until it comes to printing...

What we want to do is to be able to print a monthly calender easily. This, it turns out is not easy...... I have been redirected to this page (Print a Calendar using OWA 2007 - Slipstick Systems), where it kind of tells you that you need to hack the printing to get it to work. I also found out that this does not work universally if people have different screen sizes - 16:9 vs 4:3..... Each calender will come out slightly different sizes...

Has anyone found an easy way to print calanders???

Thanks

Nick

Can you get the LGFL mail up and running with the Outlook client? If so then the Outlook calendar printing assistant is pretty good however a even better thing to do would be to work out ways to not need to print off calendars (encourage use of smartphones for staff etc).
