Exchange/Outlook 2010 Archive Problem

Hi all,

 

This is a puzzler, I really dont know whats causing it (see screenshot)

 

I have added the user to full access to her own mailbox, I have run a test of the PST and came back with errors but fixed them all, it starts the archive but gives up very very quickly (a 2gb mailbox and does about 4mb of it!)

 

Im stumpt! No idea how to proceed now to be honest! Anybody come across this before?

Have you tried exporting all the mailboxes, deleting the database then reimporting the mailboxes? I suspect there is an issue with the database that the mailboxes are sitting in.

This is just 1 account out of about 50 having this problem...I dont think it would be the database...

Sorry, I just assumed it was for all users. Have you tried creating a new email profile for the user?

Is the issue with the mbx or PST? Or are you saying that youre only using a PST & no exch mbx?
