Exchange 2007 Auto discover Problems due to accepted domain.

Hi there we have a RM network running CC4 and an Windows 2003 Server running Exchange 2007, everything has been fine till we turned academy and now have a new academy accepted domain,

 

When our staff / students login to the network and click outlook autodiscover then prompts with a user/pass prompt with the username autofilled with username@"newacademy" domain and not the network one, so even if they enter the password is doesnt log them on.

 

Any one help on this one?

An issue with one or more of the following:

 

1) Autodiscover config in Exchange;

2) Autodiscover config in DNS;

3) Autodiscover in Outlook (often safe to turn off for internal clients as long as you're deploying their mail profile settings through GPO).

 

On Outlook for Mac this is often fixed by turning off Autodiscover on the client.

When they click on autodiscover? Do you mean when they run Test?
