Congratulations! Glad everything is ok. My little one will be 1 next month (23rd). Where did that time go? Enjoy every minute with her ;)

My wife is in slow labour here and were in the "final week" of pregnancy(infrequent contractions at the moment), shes very frustrated and I am quite scared and nervous but cannot wait all the same :)

Blimey, what did you have to do, catch her as she shot out???

Lovely name though - any reason for it?

So tiny... and so quick! Both mine were well over 9lb and took a lot longer to arrive!

Yeah she is tiny but is a good weight for being almost 5 weeks premature. Quick wasn't the word for it! Was only in hospital just over the hour before she was born!

Congratulations. Remember that thing called sleep? ;)

I just remember sleep at the moment. Should be getting more with them both being in hospital still but I'm not!

I did think I was gonna have to at 1 point! Was rather quick!

Ruby is our birth stone. No reason for Mae..

Here is a photo of Ruby-Mae from today :)

Ruby Mae is gorgeous and for 5 weeks prem, she's big! :)

She's lovely - the birthstone idea is clever!:)

As @elsiegee40 says, a good size for one so early- my middle one was only 5lbs 15oz at full term!

Yeah she is good weight for being premature. Hopefully tomorrow I can have both of them home :)
