Sad when a bit of humour which is harmless isn't noticed as someone that has filled numerous of them statement forms in its boring and time consuming and the CPS love paperwork so time to have a bit of humour

I don't see what's wrong with it personally. Shows our police are human, well and dogs.

Less said about the CPS the better IMO. Good for a laugh, and we know the west midlands police force do have a good sense of humour!

I could see the point of the CPS getting uppity at first, someone sending in a humorous but pointless statement until I read the whole article and read they demanded it many times, even after it was explained! I hope the PCs involved are exonerated and the CPS gets a strip torn off them. Wahhh, we were silly and people found out!
