SQL Driver error

I'm having a problem with my SQL Driver, I'm trying to do an accounts check on 'Quality System Maintenance', but when I run it, it comes up with this error:

 

Unknown user name and password.

General SQL error.

User ID or password invalid

The driver returned invalid (or failed to return) SQL_Driver_ODBC_VER:2.00

Alias: Sage

 

When I log onto my predecessors account and run it, it works fine, but only on his account.

 

can anyone help me please to change these details so I don't have to keep switching accounts?

Do you have access on your account to that Database you are trying to access?

that's the thing I don't know know to access it

SQL Management Studio will be needed to look at the Databases and settings on the actual SQL
