[bug/error] Can't +rep

I'm pretty sure it's you, not me.

 

Tested in FF 40.0.3, IE11 and Chrome 45.0.2454.85 m (i.e. all up to date), I can't +rep anyone. I can thank, but clicking the rep button does nowt. Nowt at all. No web filtering on me, either.

 

Is it me? I don't think it's me. It could well be me.

Working again for me now. It seems @ZeroHour is that damned quick at fixing things.

 

Stop it! You make the rest of us look bad.

 

EDIT no wait no it's not... I think what's actually broken is the old "you can't give this person rep because you've thanked them too recently" thing, so if I try and +rep someone I've not otherwise repped, it's ok, but otherwise the warning about having to spread the love around isn't showing.
