David44 Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 I wonder if anyone else is having trouble contacting Schoolcomms? I just sent an email to [email protected] which bounced back (albeit from schoolcomms.com rather than support@, so they may have received it). I then decided to phone them on 0333 332 7147, the number published here... https://schoolcomms.com/contact-us/ to check to see if they received the email and the line is constantly engaged. I did get through once but after pressing 2 for support, the line went dead and now I am just getting the engaged tone when I try again. Does anyone from Schoolcomms monitor edugeek?
David44 Posted March 19, 2018 Author Posted March 19, 2018 Always the way... I tried their number 4 or 5 times over a 15 minute period before starting this thread, as soon as I submitted the first post I tried it once more and got through straight away. They are apparently aware of the issue with their support@ email but are receiving emails sent to it despite the bounce back.
SEdwards Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 I've only ever had to contact them once and that was on Monday, they answered within 10-20 seconds and were very helpful. Guess I was just lucky!
Sylv3r Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 They had mail issues yesterday when I contacted them as a follow up to a phonecall, but they still received the message even though I received a bounce.
jmak Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 One of the things I've always been impressed with about Schoolcomms is how easy it has been to get support. They are present on here - don't know how closely monitored it is. Calling @Schoolcomms
David44 Posted March 23, 2018 Author Posted March 23, 2018 I've contacted them a number of times and my experience has been the same as others, quick and helpful response. That's what made me start the thread, appearing not to be able to contact them on Monday was out of the ordinary for this company.
