Best solution would be to setup individual accounts for each member of staff, this way you will be able to have an audit trail of what exactly is going on from the user side. From there I would recommend ditching the calendar app, and moving to the web based version. Web Based version is live and updates in real time, so once the event is added you can be certain that this is the case for all users with access.

Has anyone used the following? https://rambax.com/simpletransfer/desktop/ I have got this setup across my sites, and it works without issue. It essentially pulls the entire camera roll into your web browser and allows you to select which files need to be transferred to your PC. You can still use the App without having to download and install the Windows application, this works by navigating to the IP Address of the iPad, and the same happens where you pull the entire camera roll into your web browser. Really easy to setup and use. Thanks

I would be interested to see how other schools have gone about the deployment of this. We have got Windows 10 machines installed across our site, with Teams being deployed via GPO. This has worked fine, and is also linked with our AD/Azure sync meaning it auto logs in, one issue we are having is with the Notifications. We have found that when direct messaging another member of staff there is now way to have the text of the message hidden from the notification, this means that if a member of SLT is communicating with a teacher in a class, the messages are being displayed to the whole class due to this. Turning off notifications all together will not work as there would no way of knowing when a message is received. Another issue is with trying to get it pinned to the task bar via GPO. If anyone has any recommendations on how to do this or if they have done it, can you share your knowledge? -GPecks

Suspect you could pick up an Acer TravelMate(B118-M-C7DR) for around the same price mark. Very small laptop, doesn't provide a detachable keyboard. I have had one on my site for around 2 years and I have not had a single issue with it.

Deny Access to the file via the security tab for the users who don't need to map the drive. That way the script will only be accessible by the users who need the drive mapped. At least this way you wont need to modify the script.
