That definitely sounds like a flaw in the way it should work. I have to say I am really pleased with the way Arbor support works and they've certainly helped in overcoming other issues. Hopefully they'll find a quick solution this as well.

The first thing I'd do is hand in your notice period. I'm in the same predicament as you and they want a 1 year notice to leave. So I sent them the notice and thought to myself that its given me a year to find a replacement, and worse case scenario (which I know won't happen), i'll just stick with them for another year. You're right that the software is extremely outdated and their promise of updating just is an expensive overkill with nothing to show for. I'm looking down the route of some of the other companies mentioned here, and integration with Wonde would be amazing to reduce admin time. Good luck and it would be interesting how some of the others have done with the newer systems they've adopted.

That's correct, which is why i'm reluctant to go with them. Their focus is the emoji login method which I don't really want to implement for KS2. I'm probably going to go ahead with Wonde, if I can find a way to reduce their emoji logins to 3 pictures. At the moment its 6 or 7 pictures which is too much for the younger kids.

Hi @Scorpio, did you get Wonde working like you wanted? I'm looking at a setup for SSO and was considering Clever till i read your thread. Another company that I've looked into is Cool by Cloudwise. More pricey than Wonde but offers some extras which were interesting.

Thanks for the reply. Weirdly, my issue is on windows computers. When logged in to the school google domain, we can't view some YouTube videos. If i find a solution, i'll let you know.

Hi, Did you find a solution to this? I've got a similar error where YouTube won't load the video and it says that the video is restricted. Yet in Google admin we have set it open to view all videos. This is affecting teachers and students.
