Bcan you expand a little more please and how do I add a period?

Is it possible to add a split lunch at the end of building the timetable in Nova T6.

One of my concerns is that if I now make some linked classes in the model in Nova T6 the classes will not be recognised in Sims and not transfer the data over. I have had issues before when making large changes on the model half way through the year. Can you foresee any or other problems. I appreciate I can make a backup.

I am thinking about Year 10s returning in some capacity to school this academic year. Has anyone changed the model n Nova T6 half way through the year by adding linked classes. I could then split the classes in half and do something different with the groups What would be the consequences generally with Sims etc assessment manager ? Would the classes still be recognised.

Can someone supply me with the report to build to show classes and teacher, that include teachers of split classes without seeing duplicate entries.

Hi Bob hope you are still there I cannot open the report. Is there another way I can view it. I could build it from a text document if you could upload in another format.

Thanks for the response the problem was nothing to do with a duplicate cluster, there was a class that was not linked and a dollar sign in one of the teachers name in error. It took a week and five qualified specialists to establish the error. Something to keep in mind.

I have done all of the above and this has not fixed the problem. I have noticed duplicate scheme names in Sims and I could delete one of these as no members are attached. How do I do this?

Check that those parents not receiving have parental responsibility and that they are the main contact. Also check the permissions are ticked within the online app settings. I've also noticed there is a very long delay in changes being actioned sometimes. In addition check your spam and that the email address is not blocked. I think it's [email protected].

I have validated the memberships several times. I will look at the database diagnostics tomorrow, Have you any other ideas.

I cannot transfer NovaT6 data to Sims because I cannot rename or change an offending duplicate Cluster/Class in SQL. It is appearing as a duplicate curriculum name and the dates for the class have been split across the year causing the conflict. THe end date for ONE class has been recorded as 04/03/2019 but yet there is another class with an alternative end date of the end of the academic year. I have tried every conceivable export and I cannot remove the duplicate. I have tried deleting the classes from within the course manger. I didn’t try deleting the course itself though. I have updated class memberships repeatedly. Does anyone know how to solve this please

All sorted thanks it was the sims side of the slg alert, permissions.

I am confused as I have put the people with their emails as the administrators to receive notifications with the set up if the parent app. Where is SLG alerts window is it something different?

Yes two people with full administrator permission

I have registered the sims parent lite app and registered some staff members, they have made changes to their childs records and it shows as pending. However the adminstrators have not received a notification.
