We have recently started using SIMS Parent App, parents (including myself) aren't receiving notifications when we send a message or an upcoming event reminder. I've looked at the settings on my phone which are OK so I'm guessing we're missing something in the app itself. Does anyone have any tips we could share with our parents to resolve this issue please? Thanks
