Good Evening, I'll keep this short. I have some legacy SANS that have been sat redundant for a Year. P6000 Series ETC I want to use these for Data Archiving as I already have the Sans, however I have a problem! I am unable to source the Dell HIT Software, as it requires an Active Service Agreement to login to the Support Page to download it. Is anybody able to Download HIT V5.0 for me and upload it! I'd be forever in your DEBT! I'll wait in anticipation

See I run an LTSB Image, I install things like DaveTheTech Mentions Office Etc, I then GPO some smaller programs. I don't actually let my MDT handle that much in deployment I find a very slim Image + slim MDT allows me to roll out the Image much quicker. I've also set my MDT to assign the machine to an OU in AD called " Just Imaged " and then Reboot this means 99% of the time all machines images/reboot and pull GPO's without me having to GPU Update

Sorry I really don't understand. Manage Router in Phone Settings? Are you saying the default gate way is usually 10.3 but on a BYOD device it's showing the default gateway as lightspeed?

Apologies completely skimmed past your last reply! What do you mean by the Router is showing lightspeed?

You don't have the Ability to allow IP's !?

I believe because it's a BYOD Subnet then the end devices won't have the lightspeed agent so you need to put the IP Range in - Source Exemptions Edit - Then you need to add it so a Group for base filtering

As we discover more and more services are becoming cloud the need for heavy onsite setups is slowly dwindling. I'm essentially running Sims and a few lower profile pieces of software and a File Server. I'm looking at cost savings and migrating 8 sites into a central domain using Cloud Hosted Servers. I think I'll still have RODC's on site and potentially file servers but the rest can probably shift to cloud. Has anyone done this or know any Pro/Cons? Tl;dr - Do I need a Virtual Host at every site anymore? Can we get away with Small RODC's and a good internet line? Thanks!

Have you setup the New Subnet on Lightspeed?

Are you using a Windows 10 LTSB Image?

I'd recommend getting yourself a little MirkoTik Router they are cheap and you have really unlimited options with them.

Have you put the Allow for IP or User? It maybe being blocked before the User Signs in which is why a service restart fixes the issue? Try just putting an allow on a Specific IP see if it resolves your issue?

Radius is really the only way to do it to be honest. That way you can capture MAC Address against Radius Auth.
