    Morning I have a weird one today, our School Office want to know why their mailbox (Shared Mailbox) is showing up as Offline. Office team would like staff to know that they are "Online". Is there a setting in O365 Admin portal, which I need to change? Any input greatly appreciated.

    Had the same exact issue at one of my schools, weird that only 1 school was affected ...hmmm.. Just commenting to inform you that the issue has been fixed, and staff are able to access the shared mailbox which opens in a new tab.

    In a similar situation, we just received our built 0365 provision, now we need to roll it out. Hopefully someone will be able to give ideas.

    Hello member, Happy Friday !! We have recently purchased a couple of Thustand USB Document Camera, the quality is excellent and the build quality is robust. The visualiser does not come with any bundled software and relies on the user to install 3rd party software. Having a look online we found IPEVO Visualiser software which works well, but we keep getting advert popups : Does anyone know how to get rid of these permanently? or have a different version of the software which does not have the adds?     I'm going to take apart one of the broken ones, will let you know if something obvious is damaged. But good news is that all 6 were replaced free of charge.

    Hello edugeeks, I was wondering if you could please help us. We have 6 Blue Bots which were purchased from you a couple of years back. The issue we are currently having is that all 6 Blue Bots don't run fully when given instructions. They only move 1 cm then stop, this is the same situation on all the bots. We were wondering if there is anything we can try to diagnose the issue fully or if there is a maintenance guide out there we can follow to troubleshoot? Or even a company which could service them? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

    Hi folks, Hope you're all doing well. New year, new challenges and one of the challenges I'm trying to look into is imaging workstations using Microsoft Intune using Azure for O365 education. Have any of you used this method to deploy OS and apps? I've been researching this topic and even would like to do some training to understand how this works.     So, this is is weird. The issue only arises in Publisher and with a specific Sassoon font. When using word the print is perfect. I may have to take a closer look at this, but huge thanks for all your reply's.

    Hey edugeeks, I am wondering if you could help me. When trying to print a publisher document with Sasoon Font its putting hash between the text. eg: I#can#explore#the#world# Its replacing space with hash...and only affecting 1 computer. I've removed and reinstalled the font, but no change. Last step would be to uninstall office and reinstall. Any advice? Thanks.
