I managed to configure this with Exchange 2010 (after many hours). The only way I found to do it is to add another website in IIS, bind it to a different IP on the local network and mirror the OWA and ECP applications onto this website, enable forms based authentication only (must be done via EMS) for the Default web site (Must be this way round due to outlook anywhere) and configure second website for SSO with NTLM/Kerb Authentication. Set DNS to route internal requests to this second IP. IISreset /noforce /timeout:240 seemed to be required many times, but I was stumbling in the dark.

Did you ever find a way to do this?

I recently had the same error, I had somehow managed to get the FMSConnect.ini have a line at the end where it redirected to itself, following a botched setup of FDS.

I've never ordered from Orchid, they've never given great prices for me (although the salesman keeps offering me vouches and games consoles). SCC seem to be fairly good. They mergerd or took over IT247 a while back and I've used them a few times. Stone Computers phoned me 3 times in 1 week to "introduce themselves" (three different salesmen) - Never used. European Electronique have always been good to me, but don't seem to care too much about smaller orders.

I've been encountering this error recently. Other symptoms included programs not working correctly, IE moaning about security and other settings - These were tracked to the HKCU (ntuser.dat) being problematic. Odley I think I have finally fixed the problem when I checked the DNS and found a (Same as parent) Address record with the wrong IP address. SOA, and NS records were both correct.

Using the "Run as administrator" fixes this.
