  1. We use wpa2 enterprise and radius authentication for our staff wireless network. Whenever we connect a laptop to this network, we get a message from Windows saying: "Continue connecting? If you expect to find *our ssid* in this location, go ahead and connect. Otherwise, it may be a different network with the same name. Show certificate details" and then it gives the option to Connect or Cancel. We have a third party signed cert. Is there some way to push out this cert with Active Directory so that the laptops automatically trust this network? I have tried all kinds of things with no luck. Thanks!
  2. Thanks for that. Impero is helping us too at the moment. This is a hard issue to troubleshoot because it is intermittent.
  3. Hi Steven, Thanks for this, I believe we have the firewall set correctly as we just double checked this yesterday. I'll have to look into putting the rules in twice. Is that basically just one rule for each direction? I do believe we have both in and out opened up for the correct ports. Thanks, Tony
  4. Make sure there is nothing in Profile Path on her account, otherwise, I would try deleting her AD account and make her a new one. Sorry if that's already been suggested.
  5. Hi cprelude, We have experienced this issue occasionally. The best fix I have found is to reimage the computer. Tony
  6. Hi Steven, I know this is an old post, but we are experiencing the same problems. We are on version 7.0.65. Impero keeps promising this issue will be fixed with each update and we have never seen that to be the case. Not sure if this is an application or network issue.
