We are seeking to appoint a full time IT Technician at Grey Court School located in Richmond, Surrey. The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication and customer relation skills to support circa 1300 students and 200 staff. Good working knowledge of: - Microsoft and Google products, - Apple Devices and Management - Active Directory User Management - Papercut Printing Software or equivalent - Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, - Cabling and network termination skills / DIY, - Other duties as required and necessary The ability to work independently and as part of a team providing first and second line IT support to staff, students and parents is essential. Crucially the candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, curious nature, be able to use initiative and deliver results reliably and to a high standard!
