We are having the same issues with SAM. The blue band occurs when the times aren't entered, just the date. If you then make any amendments to any absence in SAM, it doesn't transfer to SIMS. Only new absences transfer. We are waiting for a solution from SAM - now been going on for weeks. Wonde have checked at their end and data is being transferred but SAM don't know why it's not writing back. Let us know how you get on and if you get a response from SAM.

I've made some changes to the classes screen in Nova T6 - updating the teachers for different classes. When I go into the block screen to build the blocks, these changes are not pulling through. What have I missed? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Wonde says that their clients have full admin rights over their systems and can make changes to permissions etc. Didn't get much further than that I'm afraid.

I've just raised a call with GroupCall to ask what data this relates to. Will post here when I get a reply. Not liking this generally, similar thing happened last week with Softlink for our library database - the data extract changed (exported via Wonde) and we had no notification of the changes, other than it stopped working!

If you refresh your basedata from Edexcel Online (January 2019 basedata file) and then reimport the results - this worked for us.

Hi, I've been trying to get a SIMS report up and running which pulls out the students supported by a TA at each period. Got it working pretty much as I want but I can't get the table header in the report to repeat on each page, even if I change the table settings. Any ideas? Thanks.

As far as I know, Parent Pay will also match on admission number without a UPN (currently checking this with Parent Pay). This means if you admit your externals so they have an admission number, they will sync to Parent Pay. We have an inset day before students are back in when we are planning to admit our external 6th formers who attended enrolment. That way we should be able to synch to Parent Pay and generate letters. Hoping this is right...
