A strange one: we recently uploaded next years timetable for September from Nova T6 to SIMS and when checking the School Group Memberships by Scheme to assign schemes to kids we notice some additional schemes to choose from; for example, Performing Arts is split into 4x3 groups - for one set (9ac/Pf1, 2 and 3) we also see alongside the active schemes 9A, 9B and 9C /Pf. 9A-C/Pf can be selected; however, these blocks are greyed out and only active from 24/07/2019-02/09/2019 - after the new academic year ends! I'm new to post so not sure what I've done here; 9A-C/Pf were the old bloc names for the previous year but can't see how these would transfer to new. Ideas?

Hi there, New to job of Data Officer at my school; was wondering the best approach to decluttering Teacher's marksheets that have been completed (exam, homework grades, etc.)? My gut is saying just to delete them en masse on the template page. My predecessor avoided telling them to use the "complete" function on their marksheets as they would frequently do it prematurely, resulting in them having to be made visible to them again? Training I've had so far hasn't covered the difference - is there one? Between deletion and completion? From what I can tell it's a small step change that doesn't inconvenience me or get rid of data if they complete it rather than me delete it (I'd have to do this eventually anyway yes?).
