There are a large number of web host that do not support lets encrypt. Godaddy is one of these. So you may have to purchase one of Godaddys options.

I have 2 wordpress sites.One of them is hosted by ovh which on the plus side is very cheap, but on the downside they get quite a few complaints about customer service and any instructional videos are usually in French.My other wordpress site is hosted by unlimitedwebhosting which is not quite as cheap. But unlimited.

My advice would be the same as most others. Upload the video to youtube, then embed the video on the wordpress site.This then has the advantage of saving storage space and saving on bandwidth.
