  4. Thats cheered up a dull monday morning with a few chuckles lol:getmecoat:
  5. LOL and thanks contink, I know there are quite a few new systems to learn but at least I know that where I'm going I also have an NHS helpdesk I can hassle if I get stuck!
  6. Thanks Pottsey, I'm sure they will struggle along for a bit until they find another sucker, I mean candidate, to take the job! It will still be part time, that's the main reason I'm leaving as they couldn't find the budget for a full time post. I think JB said the advert was going in the papers this week.
  7. Thanks everyone, nice to know I'll still be welcome in the forum!!
  8. Hi everyone, I'm leaving the Education sector on the 18th December and start my new job as an ICT Co-ordinator in the NHS (Doctors Surgery) in the new year.:D:D:D Does this mean I can't post here any more? Kate

  11. Hi, scripting is not my thing so this is probably an easy one but I cant find the answer. I'm using a web page to open word, excel, calc etc etc but when I use the following script, some programs open twice and some don't....? This is on the web page: Calculator This is the calc.vbs script: Set objApp = CreateObject("WScript.Shell") objApp.run "calc.exe" Any ideas why when I click once it opens twice? Thank you. Kate

  13. Hi I've seen the announcement on the EMBC login page, but is anyone else still suffering with a really poor service? My station isn't filtered but am still having problems accessing the most basic of sites Kate
  14. @witch - I only work 18.5 hours a week and got my £60 so might be worth a phone call
  15. I like your theory outtolunch whatever it 'fell' on it must have gone with a hell of a crack as the dent on the lid is tiny.
