IF you're bruising easily from a massage then it could be an indication of other issues. I regularly get deep tissue massages due to various issues, I ache for maybe half hour after and the headache that always follows is annoying but for the next fortnight I am good then I decline and go again. I get them every 3 weeks and they work wonders.
