We are looking for a full-time Senior IT technician, with the required skills and experience who can plan, organise and successfully deliver the required outcomes of the school as a senior member of the IT team. You will aim to deliver an excellent service that meets the needs of the school and fulfils staff and learners’ expectations. The successful applicant should have strong communication, analytical, technical and problem-solving skills. Previous experience of an IT support environment, where you have supported and implemented hardware, software and Cloud-based solutions is essential. The position would suit someone with extensive technical and practical knowledge of Desktop PCs/servers, Office applications and cloud services i.e. Office 365 and Google G suite. Previous support experience of Telephone Systems, Mobile Phones, Network troubleshooting, Tablets & Apple Macs is also desirable.   2. True. New to Edugeek thought some else migrating to iSAMS might find it helpful, especially with 180 clients using CJM bought by iSAMS...
  3. Hi gillp, The data you want to extract will depend on what modules you have signed up to with iSAMS. I would let iSAMS handle the data migration. My advice would be to concentrate how and who will use the MIS. For example reports to parents (printing templates, data capture templates ect...) and also decision like what needs to go on the parent portal if you decided for a parent portal.. Goodluck.

  5. Hi all, I am about to start a job for a private British school in Abu Dhabi this August. Is there any advice or case studies of anyone using tools to build dashboards SLT, admin or finance for quick overviews? Tools can be cloud based or local server installation. The schools MIS system is iSAMS. Thanks in advance.
