  1. The USB to Network adaptor didn't work, but I mounted the MDT ISO onto a USB and that booted fine. Luckily I only have a handful of machines to image so that wasn't too bad 😁
  2. Hi I uploaded the relevant drivers for the HP ProBook 450 G9 from Driver Packs (64-bit) | HP Client Management Solutions Imported them into WDS, boot image. Regenerated boot image etc. When I PXE boot the laptop into MDT, I still get this error. Any ideas what could be causing it? Thanks in advance
  3. When I have upgraded my server before, it never asked for the key again. I have also re imported the backup fine too
  4. Hi all I found this article which solved the issue https://learn.microsoft.com/fi-fi/troubleshoot/windows-client/setup-upgrade-and-drivers/sysprep-fails-remove-or-update-store-apps
  5. Hello I am getting this error when sysprep/capture task sequence is running. "Unexpected return code while re-arming Office 2016, RC + -1073425660" See attachement. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
  6. Yeah, I think that’s a good idea! I’ll go ahead with that.
  7. They have. So I have looked deeper into it and the file server used to have de dupe on, which has now been turned off. I have swapped the drives back to the old server and users can access the files fine. I think I am going to copy all files to a new share and start fresh. I'm convinced the shares are a bit corrupt!!
  8. Hello I have a file server on 2012 r2 which needs to be upgraded so I decided to attach the storage drive to a 2016 server and re setup the GPOs and shares on the network. Unfortunately for some reason when you a user goes into their own network share (\\fileserver\staffhome\%USERNAME%) they are unable to rename files already created before it was moved. The error comes up "An unexpected error is keeping you from renaming the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with his problem. Error 0x80070780: The file cannot be accessed by the system" Am I missing something? Thanks

  10. Thanks all, have changed ours and it's now working
  11. Hello I have GCDS running, all working amazing, but when our school AD accounts are disabled e.g. Student or Staff has left, this change does not go up to Google so their account is still enabled. Google support can't understand what I am trying to do! These are the settings below: Thanks Billy
