  1. I got the school to contact BW yet again and we've finally deduced that they use Groupcall’s trusted Xporter on demand data sync, so it's all sorted now. Why they initially asked for a .csv file, I will never know! - - - Updated - - - Thanks for your reply.
  2. Anyone have any knowledge of Behaviour Watch? One of our schools is saying that BehaviourWatch wants a student export csv file? Does anyone know how to do this from ESS SIMS .net?
  3. No email remittances have been sent from the SIMS FMS module since January 2021 at one of our schools. Before that date they were sending fine. The school uses GMail and the IT person has enabled access to 'less secure apps' in Goofle. The Mail Server in FMS is set to smtp.gmail.com, Port 587. The report run in FMS Reports | General Ledger | Audit Trail entering P in the Audit Type and F under Audit Sub type says It was not possible to e-mail the BACS remittance advice for supplier ??????? on BACS run 100. Received error message was: To send email via GMail using login/password authentication, your GMail account must be configured to. allow for "less secure apps". See https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255. Otherwise you need to use OAuth2 authentication. Examples for GMail SMTP OAuth2 authentication are available. on example-code.com under the SMTP category.. SMTP authentication failed after sending password.. Check your username/password or your SMTP server's auth settings. Failed. Any ideas on how this can be resolved as I feel it's more of an IT issue rather than an FMS one! Thanks.
