  10. Yeap, both - this only happens to some students on some projects but I haven't managed to find any differences. This is the same on any machine, or if the file is copied to another user they too cannot open. Adobe are saying they don't support Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC but I can't see how any Windows 10 version would cause this (he says whilst pulling his hair out!)
  11. We have Adobe 2019 deployed on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC machines. Recently students have started receiving this message when trying to reopen a previously saved .PSD file. "Could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document" The files do not seem corrupt. Any ideas? Thanks, Luke
