We've been investigating similar issues with Dell 9010M devices - nothing had changed in the BIOS and the machines were waking fine before the rebuild to Windows 10. Fast Startup was the issue and we ended up disabling hibernation which prevents Fast Startup/Fast Boot. We used the following in a start-up script but we may move this into the MDT task sequence step: powercfg /h off Hope this helps, Paul
