Hey EduGeekers, Our IT team covers 2 schools. one being a through-school. Just curious what's your general PC setup for staff in classrooms. We're currently using laptops but there's always issues ranging from damaged ports to missing cables. Overall we're contemplating a future project to migrate everything to desktops only. Just curious how other schools have their systems set up and if they're using any splitters mirroring smartboards/monitors. Regards, Mo

Hey @Koldov If you download a free product named Notepad++ you can create and publish HTML websites for testing. It's pretty basic to use and you can use a wide range of coding language on Notepad++ including javascript which is used for CS. Regards, Mo

Perfect, Didnt see that lock down. The problem seem to be fixed for now, just curious on what would happen to the children who've already download tutu and have successful downloaded some dodgy games.

Hey, Currently in our highschool we have handed all the current year groups their own iPads. We manage these iPads on Apple School Manager and Airwatch. We've locked down the iPad alot preventing them from downloading apps and profiles however the children have found out a way to download a 3rd party app called 'Tutu'. this is used to download apps without accessing the App Store. If possible has anyone came across this issue and how have you solved it? We've blocked the site of download on the web-filter but they can simple downloading it at home from their down WiFi. I had this issue recently with some Dell/Toshiba laptops, just update the WiFi drive or see if the closest router is set up correctly. The area I sit has a router but everyone in the room never seemed to get good connection until I simply restarted it. Basically, just try updating the Wifi drivers for your laptops and restart the router in the area while you're there. Mo
